Sofin is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company

This certification specifies the requirements that a quality management system must have, as a demonstration of a company's ability to design and build products that comply with customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, and is aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

It constitutes the reference for the assessment and certification of compliance of company quality management systems. ISO 9001: 2015 is based on a "process for quality management processes", which consists of the ability to manage the activities of a specific organisation through the identification and control of the related processes and interactions in a systematic and organic way .



The ISO 9001: 2015 certification examines all the processes related to quality management: from the review of contracts received from customers to the delivery of the finished product, pursuing the objective of providing a universal basis for the management of quality systems regardless of the type of company or economic sector in which it is applied.
